Our Government Client is looking for a Senior Software Developer with deep expertise in ServiceNow to support enterprise security initiatives. The ideal candidate will lead development and administration efforts, focusing on the Security Incident Response and Vulnerability Response modules.

Job Description:

Must Haves:

• Hands-on development experience with ServiceNow Portals and Customer Service Management (CSM)

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Vulnerability Response (CIS-VR)

• Strong background in operational support, deployment coordination, and change management for ServiceNow environments

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and enhance ServiceNow Security Incident Response and Vulnerability Response modules

• Provide operational and administrative support, including documentation and change management

• Collaborate with security teams and vendors to align ServiceNow functionality with business goals

• Troubleshoot, resolve, and document technical challenges and best practices

• Support the sustainability and scalability of the ServiceNow platform
