Our client is seeking a Senior Software Developer

Key Deliverables for Client Role

Product Requirements & Delivery: Translate complex technical specifications into functional, tested applications. Deliver high-quality code through detailed programming specifications, data-driven development, and rigorous unit testing. Support implementation, conversion, and migration activities while resolving technical issues.

Prioritization & Technical Execution: Apply structured methodologies to design, develop, test, and maintain applications using object-oriented and third-generation programming languages. Prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines and ensure robust application performance, including SQL tuning and data integration.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate across IT teams throughout the Software Development Life Cycle. Engage with business stakeholders to elicit and document requirements. Conduct design walkthroughs and provide post-implementation support.

Specialized Expertise: Demonstrate strong proficiency in Oracle E-Business Suite (GL, AR, AP, INV), PL/SQL, XML, Unix scripting, and Oracle Data Integrator. Apply deep knowledge of database technologies, middleware, and ETL processes. Experience with OBIEE, ADF, and accessibility standards (AODA) is a plus.

Documentation & Communication: Deliver clear user and system documentation. Exhibit strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to ensure quality assurance and successful product delivery.

Must haves:

Leveraging business intelligence and creating captivating reports and semantic models for partners using Power BI Workspaces

Supports Client’s wide-ranging business information requirements, implementing and supporting business intelligence software solutions

Develops and supports customized query applications which analyze key business data

Proven troubleshooting and analytical experience

Extensive experience with conceptual, logical and physical data modelling tools using Power BI Semantic Models

Supports Client’s wide-ranging business information requirements, implementing and supporting business intelligence software solutions. Develops and supports customized query applications which analyze key business data. Also develops and supports guided analysis and drill-down functionality, routine scheduling and notification of report generation, and effective implementation of “opportunity” and “key-trend” alerts

Extensive experience with Power BI for data model and creating captivating reports.
