Senior Software Developer

Our Ontario Government Client is seeking a Senior Web Application Developer with strong expertise in designing and building scalable, secure web applications. The role demands proficiency in cloud technologies, particularly Microsoft Azure, .NET, C#/MVC, ReactJS, and extensive experience with Lotus Notes and Domino AIX Server. You will also contribute to application development on platforms such as OutSystems and ensure code quality, database management, and adherence to industry standards.

Must haves:

• Knowledge of Domino AIX Server & Lotus Notes Database Developer Script

• Experience with Lotus Notes R6.5.1, JavaScript, Lotus Script, and Domino administration

• Proficiency in cloud technologies (Azure, .NET, C#/MVC)

• Experience working on OutSystems development platform

• Familiarity with Quest Migrator from Notes to SharePoint

Design & Development

• 5+ years of experience in full life-cycle development using Microsoft Azure, .NET, C#/MVC, ReactJS, and JavaScript

• In-depth knowledge of Lotus Notes and experience in SQL database extraction

• Proficiency in database management systems like Azure SQL and SQL Server

• Experience with OutSystems platform

Code & Scripting

• 5+ years of experience in writing high-quality code using Azure technologies

• Extensive experience with Lotus Notes Developer Script, Azure Web Apps, and Logic Apps

• Proficiency in testing code for performance and client requirements

UI & Frameworks

• 5+ years of experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular)

• Experience with prototyping, Agile frameworks, and web accessibility standards
