About the Engagement

Akkodis is seeking an experienced Senior Software Developer to support the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of large-scale enterprise applications.

The successful consultant will be responsible for delivering secure, scalable, and high-performing full-stack solutions using modern Java, Spring Boot, React/Angular, PostgreSQL, Azure, and cloud-native technologies. This role requires strong technical expertise in enterprise application architecture, API development, database design, cloud deployment, test automation, and Agile delivery practices.

Scope

• Translate business requirements and technical specifications into scalable, secure, and fully tested enterprise applications.

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack solutions using Java, Spring Boot, React, and Angular.

• Build and enhance RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend services.

• Design and implement responsive, accessible, and user-friendly web applications.

Assignment Deliverables

• Design, develop, test, and deploy enterprise-grade full-stack applications and services.

• Build and maintain RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud-native application components.

• Develop responsive frontend solutions using React and/or Angular.

• Create and optimize database structures, queries, functions, and integrations using PostgreSQL, PL/pgSQL, and Azure Cosmos DB.

Expertise Required

Must Have:

• 10+ years’ experience in developing n-tier Enterprise applications

• Expertise in application design, latest design patterns, deployment and troubleshooting

• Expertise in JPA or Hibernate, and Spring Boot Framework

• Proficient in database design and SQL development, with solid expertise in PostgreSQL, PL/pgSQL, Azure Cosmos DB

• JavaScript / TypeScript frameworks such as React, Angular

• Experience gathering and documenting requirements from business stakeholders

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with caching technologies such as Redis.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to contribute to technical leadership and quality assurance activities.
