About the Engagement

Akkodis is seeking an experienced Senior Software Developer to support the design, development, enhancement, and maintenance of highly secure, high-performance, and high-availability cloud-based digital solutions within a large enterprise environment.

The successful consultant will participate in the full software development lifecycle, including architecture, analysis, design, development, integration, testing, deployment, and operational support. This role requires strong expertise in Angular, RESTful APIs, Spring Boot, Microservices Architecture, Azure Cloud technologies, accessibility compliance, DevOps practices, and enterprise system integrations.

Scope

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade cloud-native applications and APIs.

• Build modern Single Page Applications (SPA) using Angular and responsive web technologies.

• Develop and support RESTful API services using Spring Boot and Microservices Architecture.

• Design and implement highly available, high-performance, and secure solutions.

• Participate in architecture reviews, solution design sessions, and technical documentation activities.

Assignment Deliverables

• Design, develop, and implement enterprise-grade Angular and Spring Boot applications.

• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and Microservices supporting secure, high-availability business solutions.

• Create responsive, accessible, and AODA-compliant user interfaces using Angular, HTML5, CSS3, and TypeScript.

• Produce technical design documents, API specifications, and architecture artifacts.

Expertise Required

Must Have:

• 10+ years of hands-on software development experience delivering secure, high-performance, and highly available cloud-based solutions.

• 5+ years of experience developing enterprise applications using Angular, RESTful APIs, Spring Boot, and Microservices Architecture.

• Strong frontend development expertise with Angular, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, responsive web design, and cross-browser compatibility.

• Experience with enterprise integration technologies such as JMS, AMQP, REST, Service Bus, or IBM Mainframe integrations.

• Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle, and/or MongoDB.

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of database administration, performance tuning, data quality, data cleansing, and data conversion/validation.

• Experience with containerized platforms such as Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, and Azure Container Services.
