About the Engagement

Akkodis is seeking an experienced Senior Software Developer to support the design, development, enhancement, testing, and maintenance of critical enterprise applications within a large-scale public sector technology environment.

The successful consultant will be responsible for translating business requirements and functional specifications into secure, scalable, and high-performing applications. This engagement requires extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud technologies, .NET development, modern JavaScript frameworks, Azure DevOps, database design, and Agile delivery methodologies.

Scope

• Design, develop, test, implement, and maintain enterprise web and desktop applications.

• Translate business and functional requirements into scalable technical solutions.

• Develop enhancements, troubleshoot issues, and provide break/fix support across multiple applications.

• Design and implement solutions using Microsoft Azure cloud technologies.

Assignment Deliverables

• Design, development, and implementation of application enhancements and new functionality.

• Integration of risk assessment tools into a unified platform with connectivity to enterprise systems.

• Development of a secure and scalable integrated risk assessment platform.

• Technical design documents, architecture artifacts, and implementation documentation.

• Automated deployment pipelines and release management processes.

Expertise Required

Must Have:

• 10+ experience building and maintaining stable, secure and scalable web & desktop applications using Azure Cloud and MS .Net technologies and tools

• Demonstrated experience in full life-cycle development and implementation using cloud technologies Microsoft Azure, .NET. C#/MVC, Entity Framework, ReactJS, HTMLS/CS/JavaScript, Azure DevOps; Azure Web Apps; Azure Functions; Azure Logic Apps.

• Experience in DevOps CI/CD.

• 5+ years of experience designing, building, modelling and configuring database management.

Nice to Have:

• Experience creating prototypes and proof-of-concept solutions.

• Experience with enterprise application integration projects.

• Experience with database migration and data masking processes.
