Position: Senior Specialized IT Consultant
Duration: 1 Year assignment (contract)
Client Location: Toronto (Onsite: 7.25 hours/day between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday)
Engagement Model: Professional Services Engagement – B2B (Incorporated Entities Only)

This position is provisionally Onsite, requiring 7.25 hours per calendar day between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday (excluding breaks). Conditions may change based on organizational requirements and at the discretion of the Hiring Manager.
About the Engagement
Akkodis is seeking an experienced Senior Specialized IT Consultant to support the stabilization, enhancement, and sustainment of a modern enterprise case-management solution following its production implementation.
The successful consultant will bring extensive hands-on expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Model-Driven Apps (MDA), Power Pages, Power Apps, Power Automate, Microsoft Azure services, Azure Attachment/Blob Storage, C# plugin development, Dataverse, Azure Logic Apps, Function Apps, Azure DevOps, and enterprise systems integration.
The engagement will focus on optimizing case-management functionality, enhancing external stakeholder portal capabilities, identifying and remediating defects, improving application performance, supporting integrations, and ensuring accessibility, security, quality, and operational compliance.
Scope
Analyze business and technical requirements and identify solution gaps and recommended enhancements.
Optimize and enhance Dynamics 365 Model-Driven Apps supporting enterprise case-management processes.
Design, configure, develop, and enhance Power Pages portal functionality for external stakeholder access.
Design and implement secure Azure-based attachment and document-management capabilities.
Assignment Deliverables
Analyze business requirements, identify functional and technical gaps, and recommend appropriate solutions.
Create and/or update Business, Logical, and Physical Architecture artifacts.
Create and/or update Functional Design Documentation and Technical Design Documentation.
Design, configure, develop, and implement enhancements for the case-management solution.
Investigate and remediate application defects.
Expertise Required
Must Have:
More than 8 years of experience in technical solution development, configuration, and customization.
Strong hands-on expertise with:
o Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
o Dynamics 365 Model-Driven Apps (MDA)
o Microsoft Power Pages / Power Apps Portals
o Power Apps
o Power Automate
o Microsoft Azure
o Azure Attachment / Blob Storage
o C# plugin development
o Custom connectors
o Dataverse
o Enterprise case-management solutions
Hands-on experience architecting and implementing case-management solutions using Dynamics 365 Model-Driven Apps, including:
o Forms and views
o Dashboards
o FetchXML
o Business Process Flows
o Queues and routing
o Activity management
o Role-based security
Hands-on experience designing and developing Power Pages Portals, including:
o Self-service forms
o Authentication
o User access and profile management
o Role-based data access
o Responsive design
o Accessibility compliance
o Dataverse integration
o Azure Blob Storage
o Application Insights
o Azure Key Vault
o SQL optimization
Experience designing, developing, integrating, and implementing Azure Storage for attachment management with Microsoft Dynamics 365 cloud solutions.
Nice to Have:
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with both functional and technical teams.
Experience facilitating technical workshops, working sessions, and stakeholder meetings.
Ability to contribute effectively within large project teams while collaborating closely with individual team members.
