Senior Systems Analyst

The Ontario Government Client is hiring a Software Quality Assurance Specialist with 5+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance, especially within Agile/SDLC environments.

Duration: 6+Months

Must-Haves:

• 5+ years of software quality assurance and testing experience in Agile/SDLC environments.

• Experience and Skill Requirements

Mandatory:

• 5+ years in software QA/testing in Agile/SDLC environments.

Desired Skills:

• QA principles and processes in ERP and CRM.

• Functional testing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and F&O.

• Experience with:

• Automation tools, bug tracking (JIRA, Azure TFS), API testing (Postman, JMeter).

• BDD frameworks (Gherkins, Appium, Cucumber).

• Version control (Git, Jenkins) and CRM test automation.

• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

• Technical Skills: Functional QA, test case development, automation scripting, bug management.
  Functional Knowledge: Dynamics 365 testing, JIRA, test automation framework experience.
  Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication, technical recommendations for leadership.
  Business Knowledge: Experience with financial applications and case management systems.
