Senior Systems Analyst

The Client is seeking a Senior Systems Analyst with deep expertise in software quality assurance and functional testing within ERP and CRM systems. This role is ideal for a technically skilled professional experienced in Agile/SDLC environments and Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Job Description:

Must Haves:

·         5+ years of experience in software quality assurance and testing in Agile/SDLC environments

·         Proven functional testing experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and Finance & Operations (F&O)

Key Responsibilities & Skills:

·         Strong grasp of QA concepts, methodologies, and ERP/CRM testing processes

·         Hands-on experience in automated/manual testing, bug lifecycle management, and use case generation

·         Proficiency with JIRA, Azure TFS, Git, Jenkins, and GitHub Actions

·         API testing using tools such as Postman and JMeter; performance testing and scripting

·         Familiarity with test automation frameworks (e.g., Appium, Cucumber, Gherkins) and CRM-specific automation

Demonstrated awareness of emerging technologies and industry trends
