Senior Systems Testing/QA Specialist

 We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our Ontario Government Client team. This role is essential for ensuring the quality and reliability of our systems, with a focus on defect tracking, test automation, and effective collaboration with both clients and technical teams. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in QA processes, technical expertise with various tools, and a background in public sector projects.

Must Haves:

• At least 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance.

• Demonstrated experience with issue tracking systems like JIRA, Azure DevOps Boards, and Asana.

• Hands-on experience with technologies such as SharePoint, .NET Web, Web Services, HTML, and JavaScript.

QA Skills

• Proven experience in defect tracking using collaborative tools to manage defects and change requests.

• Strong knowledge in test automation, including planning, approach, and implementation.

Technical Skills

• Experience in documenting and tracking testing activities and issues using tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps Boards, and Asana.

Business Skills

• Demonstrated ability to work closely with clients and technical teams to resolve defects and manage change requests effectively.

Public Sector Experience

• Previous experience working within Government or Public Sector organizations is a plus.
