About the Engagement

Akkodis is seeking an experienced Senior Systems Testing / QA Specialist to support quality assurance, test automation, accessibility compliance, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing activities for enterprise applications and digital services.

The successful candidate will possess extensive experience in manual and automated testing, test strategy development, defect management, accessibility testing, and Agile delivery environments. This role requires strong analytical skills, hands-on test execution experience, and the ability to collaborate effectively with project teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality, accessible, secure, and reliable solutions.

Scope

• Develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies, test plans, test cases, and test scripts.

• Perform manual, automated, functional, integration, regression, system, accessibility, and user acceptance testing.

• Lead defect triage activities and collaborate with development teams to resolve issues.

• Develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks.

Assignment Deliverables

• Test strategies, test plans, and test execution reports.

• Manual and automated test scripts and test cases.

• Defect logs, triage reports, and quality metrics.

• Accessibility compliance testing and validation results.

• Functional, integration, regression, performance, and UAT testing outcomes.

Expertise Required

Must Have:

• Solid experience triaging defects, leading defect triage meetings, and producing defect summary reports.

• Extensive experience performing manual and automated regression testing.

• 5–10 years of experience with manual and automated testing methodologies, including black-box testing, penetration testing, security testing, system testing, unit testing, AODA compliance testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

• Hands-on experience with defect tracking and test management tools such as Azure DevOps.

• Experience developing and maintaining automated test scripts using multiple automation tools.

• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and DevOps delivery methodologies.

Nice to Have:

• Experience supporting contact centre or customer service technology environments.

• Bilingual testing experience.

• Experience testing Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) applications.
