• Proven experience assessing and optimizing hybrid architectures (cloud, AI, on-premises)

• Ability to evolve and modernize government technical frameworks

• Strong track record implementing collaborative architecture strategies

• Expertise in evaluating and improving system performance

• Skilled in leading robust architecture methodologies and guiding large-scale system designs

• Capable of developing strategic business reports and updating process models

• Experience overseeing architecture implementation and managing its business impact

• Lead modernization of government architectures and strategies
