About the Engagement

Akkodis is seeking an experienced Senior Technology Architect to support a large-scale Enterprise Work Management System (EWMS) modernization initiative. The successful candidate will serve as a senior technical leader and subject matter expert, providing architectural direction, technical strategy, solution design, and implementation leadership for enterprise Work Management solutions centered on IBM Maximo.

This role requires extensive experience in Work Management System implementations, enterprise architecture, infrastructure design, systems integration, and public sector environments. The successful consultant will work closely with project teams, business stakeholders, and implementation partners to ensure successful delivery of enterprise-wide solutions.

Scope

• Provide technical architecture, solution design, and implementation leadership for enterprise Work Management solutions.

• Develop Work Management technical strategies, frameworks, architectural standards, and implementation roadmaps.

• Support business process analysis, requirements gathering, and solution mapping activities.

Assignment Deliverables

• Technical architecture and solution design documentation.

• Requirements analysis and business process mapping deliverables.

• Technical design specifications and implementation guidance.

• Legacy data conversion and migration strategies.

Expertise Required

Must Have:

• Graduate Degree or higher in Engineering or Information Technology.

• IBM Certified Maximo Professional designation.

• 15+ years of Work Management Systems implementation experience.

• 10+ years of experience in IBM Maximo development and implementation.

• 10+ years of experience leading full lifecycle Work Management solution design and implementation initiatives.

• Extensive knowledge of Work Management processes and Maximo ecosystem integrations.

• 5+ years of experience as a Technology Architect within enterprise infrastructure and architecture environments.

• 5+ years of Public Sector experience.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with object-oriented analysis and design methodologies.

• Experience leading enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives.

• Experience with data conversion, migration planning, and legacy modernization projects.
