Job Location: Toronto, ON/Hybrid

Job Description:

Must-Haves:

• 3+ years of experience executing multiple testing types: automation, integration, unit, regression, functional, accessibility, and non-functional

• 3+ years managing test plans, test cases, and Kanban boards in Azure DevOps

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of test strategies across IST, UAT, and PROD environments

• Design test plans, suites, and cases in Azure DevOps, integrating automated test scripts

• Conduct various testing types on both front-end interfaces and back-end systems

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage

• Communicate test progress and defect reports to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Ensure testing aligns with business requirements using traceability matrices and regular reviews

• Support UAT and post-implementation testing activities

This is a pivotal role ensuring quality assurance across the Ontario Government’s agile digital transformation initiatives.
