Senior UX Designer

The Client is seeking a Senior UX Designer with a strong background in service design and user experience to lead innovative, user-cantered digital initiatives. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on delivery of design solutions that meet business and end-user needs.

Job Location: Toronto, ON/Hybrid

Job Description:

Must Haves:

·         6+ years of experience in end-to-end service and UX design, including user research and prototyping

·         Proven ability to lead design workshops, stakeholder engagement sessions, and design deliverables such as blueprints and prototypes

·         Strong experience facilitating Value Stream Mapping (VSM) and service blueprinting activities

·         Skilled at synthesizing insights and translating them into actionable design strategies

·         Effective communicator and collaborator with in-person facilitation skills

·         Data-driven mindset and commitment to user-centered, agile design practices

Key Responsibilities:
Lead UX and service design efforts, facilitating collaborative sessions, mentoring teams, and aligning digital solutions with user and business needs. You'll play a vital role in improving public-facing services through research, design strategy, and cross-functional teamwork.

Lean certification, experience with design systems, and mentoring capabilities are assets
