About the Engagement

Akkodis is seeking an experienced Senior UX Designer to support the design and delivery of user-centred digital products and services. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating intuitive, accessible, and effective user experiences by combining research, service design, interaction design, and usability best practices.

This role requires strong expertise in human-centred design methodologies, stakeholder collaboration, user research, accessibility, and agile delivery practices. The Senior UX Designer will work closely with product owners, business stakeholders, developers, and multidisciplinary teams to design, validate, and continuously improve digital services.

Scope

• Lead the design of user-centred digital experiences using UX best practices and mobile-first design principles.

• Conduct user research, usability testing, journey mapping, and persona development to inform design decisions.

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive design solutions using modern UX tools.

• Collaborate with product owners, developers, and business stakeholders in Agile (SCRUM) environments.

Assignment Deliverables

• User personas, journey maps, and service design artifacts.

• Low-fidelity and high-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes.

• User research plans, interview guides, usability testing reports, and findings documentation.

• Experience improvement recommendations and optimization strategies.

Expertise Required

Must Have:

• Extensive experience designing user-centred, mobile-first, and responsive digital experiences.

• Minimum 3 years of experience working on complex digital products/projects using Agile (SCRUM) methodologies.

• Hands-on experience conducting user research, usability testing, and translating insights into design solutions.

• Strong proficiency with UX tools including Figma, Axure, Sketch, InVision, Adobe Creative Cloud, JustInMind, and Zeplin.

• Demonstrated stakeholder engagement, communication, and facilitation skills.

• Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and journey maps.

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React, Angular, or Node.js.

• Experience working on public sector or large enterprise digital transformation initiatives.
