Core Network Engineer - Chinese speaker (m/f/d)

We are currently looking for a core Network engineer to strengthen the Swiss Core Network team of our client. 

You will work in an international and dynamic environment and will work closely with other functional areas and stakeholders. The Core Network Engineer reports directly to the Core Network Team Leader. 

You are expected to proactively identify and initiate internal improvements as well as to broaden responsibilities beyond the job description. 

• Independently handle the project delivery tasks, provide technical assistance for in-time and quality implementation of major network upgrades or expansions.
• In direct co-operation with Deployment and Project Management, you will provide technical assistance for in-time and quality implementation of network delivery tasks, such as upgrades or extensions;
• Maintain close relations with third parties (i.e. vendors) to be able to monitor progress of reported problems, known caveats, newly available features, software upgrades and hardware products. 
• Assist in design, engineering, testing and rollout of newly defined products.
• Prepare the necessary configuration and validation for new installations and upgrades.

Candidate’s Profile

• Comprehensive and in-depth knowledge of CORE Network architecture (2/3/4/5G）
• IMS/UDM/PCRF Core Network knowledge, SVC solution (Single Voice Core), MGW/UMG, MSOFTX/MSS，HSS/UDM、PCRF/UPCF
• Good knowledge of key communication protocols: SIP, DIAMETER, SS7/MAP, CAMEL/CAP, SCCP/TCAP, DTAP/RANAP, (GTP, TCP/IP, S1), SBI interface of 5G SA architecture 
• Provisioning/configuration of all CORE Network elements.
• Proven ability to participate in large scale projects, to implement project requirements and to provide project technical support.
• Capability to understand process frameworks and to support process implementation and optimization.
• Extensive practice in drawing up technical or operational specifications and to understand requirements from the customer or the field forces.
• Solid understanding of security rules and standards
• Familiar with NFV virtualized solution.

Qualifications

• Degree in Telecommunication or Computer Science 
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in CORE Network project delivery & operation and management
• Fluent English as work language, native Chinese language is mandatory
