    We are currently seeking a CQV Engineer for one of our clients located in Visp. In this position, your primary responsibilities will involve the planning and execution of CQV (Commissioning, Qualification, and Validation) activities.

    Responsibilities:

    Your duties encompass but are not limited to the following activities for the relevant systems, following project procedures and guidelines:

     

    • Development and approval of system boundaries.
    • Preparation, execution, and approval of Design Qualification, including release for IQ.
    • GMP Risk Assessments (GMP-RA).
    • Preparation, execution, and approval of Commissioning activities, which includes overseeing vendor testing.
    • Preparation, execution, and approval of Installation Qualification, with release for OQ.
    • Preparation, execution, and approval of Operational Qualification, with release to OPS.
    • Providing support for Design Qualification of other systems with direct impact.
    • Assisting in the implementation of the Installation Commissioning process in accordance with project procedures.
    • Willingness to contribute to other C&Q activities if required.
    • Being available for shift work when necessary.
    • Willingness to travel to vendors or contractors when needed.

     

     

    Your profile:

    • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or Engineering.
    • At least 2 years of experience in commissioning, qualification, and validation (DQ, IQ, OQ, Commissioning) activities within the pharmaceutical/biotech sector.
    • Demonstrated knowledge of Clean Utilities.
    • At least 2 years of experience in commissioning, qualification, and validation of Clean Utilities Systems.
    • Familiarity with DeltaV (Emerson).
    • Proficiency in written and spoken English.
    • Knowledge of cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices) and regulatory requirements.
    • Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet project deadlines.
