Human Factors Engineer (m/f/d)

For our client, a leading global biotech company with location in Bern, we are currently looking for a Human Factors Engineer (m/f/d).

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in formative studies and proven evidence of having completed validation studies and regulatory commercial submissions in USA (required) and/or EU (desirable).

Main responsibilities:

• You will be responsible to orchestrate and document studies aimed to provide insights for the development team to improve the design as well as to provide objective evidence that the design outputs of a certain phase in the product development life-cycle are meeting all requirements.
• You will play a key role in assisting the project teams assess the quality and quantity of Human Factors work required to pass internal milestones and ultimately gain acceptance from regulatory bodies.
• Responsible for regulatory commercial submissions in USA and EU

 Minimum Qualifikation

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 2 years working experience as a Human Factor Engineer with previous experience in formative studies and proven evidence of having completed validation studies and regulatory commercial submissions in USA (required) and/or EU (desirable).
• Fluent in English spoken and written (all documentations to be prepared is in English).

General Information:

• Availability to work on site is not required (remote work also allowed).
• Duration: Twelve months potentially renewable
• Workload: 80-100%
• Location: Bern or Remote
