IT Project Manager (h/f/d)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our client.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project management within the Food Industry and a strong understanding of automation in manufacturing and supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the full project lifecycle, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and budget.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams, including multiple vendors, to ensure project objectives are met.
• Develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, and manage risks and issues.
• Implement ERP and supply chain solutions, leveraging deep expertise in manufacturing operations.
• Facilitate effective communication across international and multicultural teams in both business and IT environments.
• Ensure the seamless integration of automation technologies within the supply chain and manufacturing processes.

Candidate’s Profile

• Proven track record in project management
• Strong experience with automation in manufacturing and supply chain operations.
• Expertise in ERP systems and supply chain management.
• Strong leadership skills, capable of managing multi-disciplinary teams in an international context.
• Excellent change management experience and skills.
• Based in France, near Geneva, and willing to be on-site at least 4 days per week.
• Fluent in French.
