Master planner & scheduler

About the role

As a Master Planner & Detailed Scheduler, you will ensure the seamless operation of production schedules and inventory management. You are responsible for creating and maintaining a master production schedule, resolving manufacturing challenges, and optimizing production processes.

This position requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in supply chain management and the ability to collaborate effectively with various business partners.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain a constrained weekly master production schedule for all production requirements
• Update and maintain the actual production schedule within the appropriate scheduling horizon
• Perform site/portfolio capacity planning in terms of resources, shifts, equipment, and shutdowns
• Maintain material inventories within target, minimizing excess, obsolete, and expired products
• Collaborate with operations to ensure accurate supply and capacity parameters

About you

• Min of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required
• In-depth experience with SAP/OMP+ is preferred for effective schedule management
• Ability to analyze data to identify and resolve exceptions, minimizing supply disruptions
• Strong intuition for business in supply chain and financials
• Proven ability to build strong collaborative teams and relationships
