Project Engineer Launch Excellence - Life Sciences - M/F/X

The Project Engineer Launch Excellence role is pivotal in managing all validation aspects associated with the introduction of new products at the site.

The position involves a comprehensive range of activities essential for successful implementation and ensuring regulatory compliance throughout the product lifecycle. 

Ideally, you possess a strong scientific background and demonstrate expertise in validation processes, risk assessments, and project management. You are proactive and possess the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Key responsibilities 

• Validate and document support for formulation, filling, transport, and packaging processes
• Conduct urgent quality investigations, including root-cause analyses and corrective actions
• Perform comprehensive risk analyses and define appropriate mitigation measures
• Support and implement process and system changes necessary for product introduction
• Manage projects, including coordination, planning, problem-solving, milestone tracking, and progress reporting

About you

• Master’s degree in bioengineering, pharmaceutical sciences, biochemistry, or biotechnology
• Fluency in botch Dutch & English (both spoken and written)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a team-oriented mindset
• Organized, precise, and quality-conscious work style with strong analytical skills
• Experience in executing validation projects and proficiency in planning and project coordination
