In this role, you will play a key role in validating next‑generation analog mixed‑signal technologies that power advanced sensing systems. You will also combine deep technical expertise with leadership in complex validation to drive quality, reliability, and innovation across multidisciplinary teams.
What you’ll be doing as an Analog Mixed‑Signal Validation Engineer | Automotive Radar:
- Validating complex data‑converter IPs, such as high‑performance ADCs, used in advanced sensing solutions
- Developing automation frameworks and writing code for analog, mixed‑signal, and RF validation setups
- Defining, writing, and reviewing validation requirements, plans, and detailed test cases
- Executing validation plans in close alignment with cross‑functional engineering teams
- Analyzing, documenting, and presenting validation results to technical and project stakeholders
- Supporting continuous improvement of validation methodologies and best practices
- Collaborating with multinational project teams across different disciplines and locations
What you need to be successful as an Analog Mixed‑Signal Validation Engineer | Automotive Radar:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering
- 5+ years of experience in analog/mixed‑signal validation or a similar role within the semiconductor industry
- Strong programming and scripting skills for validation, IP configuration, and data post‑processing (Python, C++, MATLAB)
- Hands‑on experience with lab and validation equipment such as oscilloscopes, power supplies, spectrum analyzers, VNAs, and vector signal generators
- Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize critical validation activities in alignment with the validation team manager
- Excellent communication skills and full professional fluency in English
- A proactive, self‑motivated, and ownership‑driven mindset with strong team‑player attitude
