    As an Eplan Engineer, you will contribute to shaping cutting‑edge electrical engineering processes. You’ll elevate the tooling landscape while collaborating closely with a driven multidisciplinary engineering community.


    What you’ll be doing as an Eplan Engineer:

    • Managing, maintaining, and developing the Eplan toolchain within the engineering environment
    • Optimizing workflows, standards, and templates to enhance model quality and design efficiency
    • Supporting engineers with tooling usage, troubleshooting, and best‑practice application
    • Driving automation initiatives to improve productivity and reduce manual engineering work
    • Introducing and refining methods for modelling, visualization, and system integration
    • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless electrical design processes
    • Creating documentation, guidelines, and training materials for Eplan users
    • Monitoring and implementing improvements in line with industry standards and engineering needs


    What you need to be successful as an Eplan Engineer:

    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
    • EPLAN Certified Engineer or demonstrable experience managing Eplan in a tooling‑owner role
    • Affinity with IT and programming to support automation and customization
    • Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with engineers and stakeholders
    • Analytical and problem‑solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
    • Ability to define a long‑term vision for Eplan usage within engineering teams
    • Experience with complex electrical systems or multidisciplinary engineering environments
    • Ability to translate engineering needs into tooling enhancements
    • Strong communication skills in an international context
    • Proactive attitude and ownership over tooling excellence
