HR Coordinator (24-32 hours a week)

We are looking for a HR Coordinator (24-32 hours a week) to join our Akkodis Team.

Start: September 2025

Contract: 6 months (extension possible)

Role Overview

Are you passionate about people, processes, and making a real impact in a global organisation? Ecolab Netherlands is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join their Human Resources team in our office in Leiden on a 3–4 day per week basis. As HR Coordinator, you’ll work closely with the HR Manager to. 

What you’ll do

• Support HR processes across the employee lifecycle 
• Ensure consistent application of HR policies for all associates
• Develop and create communication on relevant HR topics for managers and associates
• Coordinate and take initiatives in continuous improvement of HR processes  
• Organizing and providing various HR activities such as the OnBoarding workshop for new colleagues.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR administration
• Contribute to a positive employee experience and HR service delivery

Kandidaat Profiel

We are looking for candidates with the following certification and skill set: 

• HBO working and thinking level, preferably an education in the direction of HRM, Organisational Psychology, or Business
• +3 years of relevant work experience in HR environment 
• Strong organisational, eye for detail and excellent communication skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and English
• A proactive, hands-on attitude and eagerness to learn
• Ability to multi-task and work independently
• Resilient, able to withstand or recover quickly from difficult conditions and situations
