Mechanical Engineer

Entering Akkodis Eindhoven as a Mechanical Engineer, you will immediately sense the welcoming ambiance and be surrounded by a team of passionate engineers spanning from Electrical to Software to Mechatronics. Your expertise will extend to integrating systems into diverse projects and implementing various functionalities. Moreover, you'll have the opportunity to immerse yourself in complex projects for the Automotive/ High Tech industry.

In-Depth Knowledge within Mechanical Engineering:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics or similar.
• 5-10 years of relevant work experience in the field preferably within high tech and automotive, semiconductor industries.

Technical Competence:

• Knowledge and experience in various areas including precision mechanics, electro-mechanics.
• Preferably working with different materials such as sheet metal, plastic.
• Knowledge and experience with Design for excellence (DFX: cost, manufacturability, assembly, serviceability, etc.)
• Experience/skills in 3D-CAD modelling and proficient in tools such as Solidworks, NX, Team Center etc.
• Understanding of load and strength calculations, applied on FEM analysis.

Methodology Familiarity:

• Understanding and application of Agile/Scrum/Waterfall methodologies.
