    We are looking for experienced Mechanical Design Engineers who have experience in high precision mechanism to join our client's team in the city of Eindhoven, the Netherlands.


    Your responsibilities:


    • Working in a cross functional engineering team to design, integrate and improve mechanical components and modules.

    • Propose cost effective solutions and execute technical investigations and feasibility studies.

    • Contact suppliers to implement their feedback in the design, and to order and test prototypes.

    • Document the mechanical design carefully in technical product documentation and design reports.

    • Resolve or propose solutions of mechanical issues found during integration and verification. Analyze, resolve issues reported by service, manufacturing, or customers.

    • Being able to work independently but also work in a supporting role for Senior and Staff Mechanical Engineers, Systems Engineers, Electrical Engineers, and Project Managers towards successful execution of key deliverables.


    Candidate’s Profile


    • Typically requires a master’s degree in mechanical engineering.

    • Typically requires approximately 5+ years of experience as a Mechanical Designer, preferably in the design and manufacturing of precision equipment.

    • Solid knowledge of precision mechanics, manufacturing techniques and tolerance analysis are indispensable.

    • Very skilled in CAD, preferably with Unigraphics NX and Teamcenter PDM.

    • Experience with the design of vacuum equipment can be an advantage.

    • Experience with Finite Element Analysis, thermal analysis, vacuum, vibration analysis and FMEA are an added value.

    • Fluent in English.

    • Open-minded and possess good communication skills.
