QC Sample Specialist

We are looking for a QC Sample Specialist (fulltime, 40 hours a week) to join our Akkodis team, working onsite at one of our clients in the Leiden Area.

Principal Accountabilities:

The QC Sample management team is responsible for the activities that support the QC activities and the Decentralized Manufacturing units (DMUs) such as sample management, quality releasing of incoming good. In this role you are responsible for the coordination of samples internally, from the DMUs and external labs and incoming goods sampling to ensure that operations can run smoothly.

• Manage samples: Coordination, logistics and Inventory (Drug Product, Patient and Internal);
• Sample incoming goods, including peer review of receiving and sampling activities;
• Collaborate with other departments on a daily basis;
• Write procedures and support deviations, CAPAs and change controls;
• Participate and/or lead implementation of new processes.

Kandidaat Profiel

Job requirements

• BSc in life sciences related field;
• A few years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry;
• Experience in GMP guidelines and lean/ agile principles;
• Knowledge of SAP, eLIMS, SharePoint, etc is preferred;
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills;
• Service minded and Critical thinking;
• Strong stakeholder management skills;
• Ability to be flexible with changing priorities;
• Fluent in English.
