    We are looking for a Quality Management System Specialist to join our Akkodis QA Service Team working onsite at the European Space Agency (ESA) in the Netherlands. 


    Specific tasks to be performed:


    Quality Management & Compliance

    • Maintain a compliant and effective ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring documentation and processes are current and controlled;
    • Support the definition, update, review, and lifecycle management of internal processes and procedures;
    • Regularly review document status and maintain master documentation lists;
    • Monitor availability and accessibility of controlled QMS documents across the organization;
    • Prepare and support Quality Management Reviews, including data collection and analysis on:
      • QMS status;
      • Audit outcomes;
      • KPIs and goals;
      • Customer feedback and complaints;
      • Non-conformities (NCRs);
      • Risks, opportunities, and corrective actions;
      • Supplier performance;
      • Training effectiveness.
    • Conduct analysis on customer satisfaction, supplier performance, and effectiveness of risk mitigation actions.

    Audit Management

    • Define and monitor internal and external audit programmes, including:
      • Drafting annual audit plans;
      • Assigning auditors and defining scopes;
      • Ensuring process coverage across audit cycles;
      • Liaising with auditors and auditees;
      • Tracking and registering audit status.
    • Plan and perform internal and 2nd party audits, prepare reports, track audit findings, and ensure timely implementation of corrective actions.

    QA/QMS Management (processes, tools, training)

    • Maintain and enhance the QMS SharePoint portal and dashboards, providing statistical data and analysis;
    • Organize and support QMS team meetings and workshops, including agenda setting, material preparation, and minutes recording;
    • Design and deliver training on QMS processes and tools, including development of training materials and maintenance of training attendance records;
    • Provide support for transitioning to new ISO standards, including gap analysis and implementation planning;
    • Regularly report on the progress and status of all assigned QMS activities.

    Kandidaat Profiel

    To successfully perform the above mentioned tasks, the following background / experience is required: 

    • Master’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering or related field;
    • At least 4 years proven experience in definition, implementation, improvements and certification of quality management systems – compliant to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 50001 standards;
    • Experience leading and conducting audits (with IRCA recognised certificate) in those standards;
    • Experience with documentation control and process management;
    • Highly preferred: experience in an aerospace, defence or other high-tech environments
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint;
    • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills;
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams ;
    • Eligibility to obtain an EU personal security clearance from the relevant national authority.
