• Collaborate with client's suppliers who support the AWS infrastructure and develop applications.
• Identify, manage, and resolve incidents, while keeping client's stakeholders informed.
• Ensure the platform's stability and performance during critical periods.

We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join our client’s team in s-Hertogenbosch.

Kandidaat Profiel

Must-Have Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of:
• AWS (e.g., EC2, LB, WAF, Cloudwatch)
• Monitoring tools (e.g., Datadog)
• SQL
• Kubernetes
• Bitbucket
• Experience with web applications (especially PHP Linux and EKS based).
• Proficiency in Dutch and English.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Familiarity with release processes and procedures.
