With a focus on advancing cutting-edge technology and delivering solutions to global challenges, we are currently seeking a Test&Verification Engineer to join our client's advanced microscopy engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for testing, verifying, and ensuring the performance and reliability of the system that integrate precision mechanics, advanced electronics, high-vacuum architecture, and sophisticated software controls.
What Makes You a Great Fit?:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Physics, Mechatronics, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field
- Experience with testing complex high-tech instrumentation
- Hands-on experience with hardware assembly, prototyping, troubleshooting, or lab equipment setup.
- Experience with the different development fields (hardware, electronics, software).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a systematic approach to verification. DfSS Green Belt certification is a plus.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across disciplines.
What your responsibilities will be as a Test&Verification Engineer:
- Prepare and execute tests for High Tech systems and modules. Guide others in performing tests.
- Analyze and document test results and provide clear, actionable feedback to development teams
- Manage microscope planning in agreement with relevant stakeholders
- Buildup and maintain test benches and microscope hardware configurations
- Ensure all hardware and test bench systems are documented, maintained, and compliant with safety and engineering standards
- Contribute to early FMEA sessions during the R&D project lifecycle
- Work closely with R&D engineers and suppliers on performance and specifications
- Support manufacturing and service teams by troubleshooting system issues and contributing to knowledge transfer.
