We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Developer to join our client’s Network Automation team. In this role, you will play a key part in designing and developing innovative automation solutions that enhance efficiency, reliability, and performance across large-scale customer network operations.
You will collaborate closely with customers and cross-functional teams to understand requirements, design robust architectures, and develop software solutions that automate fault, incident, and inventory management. You’ll also guide a team of developers, manage Agile sprints, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery aligned with customer expectations.
Key Requirements
· Analyse and understand software and solution requirements, use cases, and document high-level and detailed design, architecture, and interface specifications.
· Provide technical leadership to guide the development team in building solutions aligned with design standards and best practices.
· Support and mentor the team in understanding network alarm management, fault and incident automation, and inventory automation concepts.
· Lead hands-on software development, including the creation of automation solutions and integration layers that interface with customer network systems.
· Perform systems integration, software design, configuration, troubleshooting, and solution optimization activities.
· Develop and implement detailed configuration plans to meet functional and technical requirements.
