Senior Business Analyst

The Government Client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support key initiatives aligned with healthcare transformation and digital service delivery. The role focuses on user-centered design and improving long-term care systems in line with government standards.

Job Description:

Must-Haves:

• In-depth knowledge of the Fixing Long-Term Care Act, 2021, Digital Service Standard, Ontario Design System, and Service Design Playbook

• Proven experience conducting user research (e.g., empathy mapping, card sorting, interviews) following the Service Design Playbook

• Strong interpersonal, verbal, written communication, and presentation skills

• Experience applying lean/re-engineering principles for improved service delivery

• Proficiency in MS Office and collaborative tools such as Miro

Key Responsibilities:
Lead business analysis across all phases of the digital service lifecycle using Agile and OPS methodologies. Perform user research, create journey maps and user personas, and support discovery and alpha phases. Deliver comprehensive documentation, identify process improvements, and ensure alignment with healthcare regulations and standards. Support data migration, defect resolution, and promote consistent business analysis practices across teams.
