Akkodis is seeking an ITOM ServiceNow Tester for a Contract with a client in San Francisco, CA. You will validate and ensure the functionality of ITOM modules within the ServiceNow platform.
Rate Range: $37/hour to $49/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
ITOM ServiceNow Tester job responsibilities include:
Test and validate ITOM modules within the ServiceNow platform, ensuring functionality aligns with business requirements.
Develop and execute test cases and scripts for ServiceNow ITOM workflows, integrations, and configurations.
Identify, document, and track defects, working closely with development and configuration teams to resolve issues.
Perform regression, functional, and performance testing across ITOM components like Discovery, Event Management, and CMDB.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand testing requirements and ensure quality assurance standards are met.
Maintain test documentation and reports, contributing to continuous improvement of testing processes and automation.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
5–8 years of experience in software testing, with at least 2–3 years focused on ServiceNow ITOM modules.
Hands-on experience testing ITOM components such as Discovery, Event Management, and CMDB within ServiceNow.
Strong skills in writing and executing test cases, defect tracking, and collaborating with cross-functional teams for issue resolution.

Pay Details: $37.00 to $49.00 per hour
