ITOM ServiceNow Tester

Akkodis is seeking an ITOM ServiceNow Tester for a Contract with a client in San Francisco, CA. You will validate and ensure the functionality of ITOM modules within the ServiceNow platform.

Rate Range: $37/hour to $49/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

 

ITOM ServiceNow Tester job responsibilities include:

• Test and validate ITOM modules within the ServiceNow platform, ensuring functionality aligns with business requirements.

• Develop and execute test cases and scripts for ServiceNow ITOM workflows, integrations, and configurations.

• Identify, document, and track defects, working closely with development and configuration teams to resolve issues.

• Perform regression, functional, and performance testing across ITOM components like Discovery, Event Management, and CMDB.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand testing requirements and ensure quality assurance standards are met.

• Maintain test documentation and reports, contributing to continuous improvement of testing processes and automation.

 

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 5–8 years of experience in software testing, with at least 2–3 years focused on ServiceNow ITOM modules.

• Hands-on experience testing ITOM components such as Discovery, Event Management, and CMDB within ServiceNow.

• Strong skills in writing and executing test cases, defect tracking, and collaborating with cross-functional teams for issue resolution.

Pay Details: $37.00 to $49.00 per hour
