    Akkodis is seeking a Python Developer for a Contract with a client in Philadelphia, PA. Candidates must have strong proficiency in Python and experience with AWS and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.

    Rate Range: $44/hour to $45/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

     

    Python Developer job responsibilities include:

    • Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Python and related frameworks.

    • Implement automation frameworks and testing solutions to ensure software quality and reliability.

    • Develop and optimize backend services, integrating with databases (SQL) and cloud platforms like AWS.

    • Work with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes for deployment and scalability.

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, efficient, and high-performing solutions.

    • Monitor and troubleshoot applications using tools like Kibana, Jenkins, and Git for continuous integration and deployment.

     

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

    • 4–6 years of experience in Python development and related technologies.

    • Strong proficiency in Python with experience in automation frameworks and backend development.

    • Hands-on experience with AWS, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and CI/CD tools like Jenkins and Git.

    Pay Details: $44.00 to $45.00 per hour
