Akkodis is seeking a Python Developer for a Contract with a client in Philadelphia, PA. Candidates must have strong proficiency in Python and experience with AWS and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
Rate Range: $44/hour to $45/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Python Developer job responsibilities include:
Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Python and related frameworks.
Implement automation frameworks and testing solutions to ensure software quality and reliability.
Develop and optimize backend services, integrating with databases (SQL) and cloud platforms like AWS.
Work with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes for deployment and scalability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, efficient, and high-performing solutions.
Monitor and troubleshoot applications using tools like Kibana, Jenkins, and Git for continuous integration and deployment.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
4–6 years of experience in Python development and related technologies.
Strong proficiency in Python with experience in automation frameworks and backend development.
Hands-on experience with AWS, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and CI/CD tools like Jenkins and Git.

Pay Details: $44.00 to $45.00 per hour
