    Akkodis is seeking a Qlik Data Engineer for a Contract with a client in Raleigh, NC(Remote). You will design and automate scalable data ingestion pipelines and implement optimized data models for efficient storage and retrieval. Proficiency in Qlik platforms and strong SQL expertise is essential for success in this role.

    Rate Range: $49/hour to $53/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

     

    Qlik Data Engineer job responsibilities include:

    • Design and develop scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using Qlik tools (Qlik Replicate, Qlik Compose) for batch and real-time data processing.

    • Automate data ingestion and application reloads using Qlik Automate or scripting (e.g., Python) to improve efficiency.

    • Implement and optimize data models in Snowflake schema for efficient storage and retrieval.

    • Monitor and troubleshoot data integration processes, ensuring performance and resolving bottlenecks.

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver actionable data solutions.

    • Ensure data quality and governance by implementing validation frameworks and compliance measures.

     

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.

    • 3–7 years of experience in data engineering and Qlik platform development.

    • Proven expertise in Qlik tools (Qlik Replicate, Qlik Compose, Qlik Sense) and strong proficiency in SQL for data integration and transformation.

    • Hands-on experience with Snowflake and AWS cloud services, along with knowledge of ETL/ELT processes and data modeling techniques.

    Pay Details: $49.00 to $53.00 per hour
