    Akkodis is seeking a Senior Backend Developer for a Contract with a client in New York City, NY. The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience with Golang to design and maintain scalable backend services and APIs.

    Rate Range: $50/hour to $53/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

     

    Senior Backend Developer job responsibilities include:

    • Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using Golang to support business-critical applications.

    • Architect and implement cloud-native microservices on AWS, ensuring high availability and performance.

    • Integrate enterprise systems using TIBCO middleware such as BusinessWorks, EMS, and ActiveMatrix.

    • Build and manage RESTful web services, ensuring secure and optimized data exchange across platforms.

    • Implement CI/CD pipelines and monitoring solutions to streamline deployments and maintain system reliability.

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust API and data integration solutions aligned with business needs.

     

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.

    • 6–8 years of hands-on experience in backend development.

    • Proven expertise in Golang for building scalable server-side applications.

    • Strong experience with AWS cloud services and microservices architecture.

    Pay Details: $50.00 to $53.00 per hour
