4. Software Developers, Applications -- Software application developers earned $120,730 in 2022 and will see 25% job growth by 2031.
5. Database Administrators and Architects – Earning a median salary of $101,000 per year, database administrator and architect roles are expected to grow 9% by 2031.
6. Web Developers -- In 2022, the media salary for a web developer was $78,300. Web developers can expect to see 23% job growth by 2031.
7. Information Technology Security -- With 35% job growth expected by 2031, IT security offers many exciting opportunities. Jobs like Information Security Administrator, Data and Information Security Analyst, or Information Security Manager have a median salary of $102,600.
8. Biochemists & Biophysicists -- Biochemists and biophysicists earned a median annual wage of $102,270 in 2022. Expect 15% growth by 2031.
