Analyst

Akkodis is seeking an Analyst for a Contract with a client in Raleigh, NC. The ideal candidate will design and implement automated testing solutions and API validation frameworks to ensure high-quality, reliable software delivery.

Rate Range: $37/hour to $41/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Analyst Job Responsibilities include:

• Design and develop automation frameworks using Selenium, TestNG/JUnit, and BDD tools to ensure scalable test coverage.

• Create and execute API test scripts using tools like Postman, RestAssured, and Karate for validation of services.

• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Azure DevOps, and Git for continuous delivery.

• Perform backend validation using SQL and analyze test results to identify defects and ensure quality standards.

• Collaborate with development and QA teams to troubleshoot issues and improve test efficiency in Agile environments.

• Maintain test documentation, track defects using tools like Jira, and support ongoing process improvements.

 

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 8–10 years of experience in QA automation and API testing.

• Strong hands-on expertise in Selenium, TestNG/JUnit, and automation framework design (BDD, POM, Karate).

• Proven experience in API testing (REST, JSON/XML) and CI/CD integration using tools like Jenkins, Azure DevOps, and Git.

Pay Details: $37.00 to $41.00 per hour
