Assembly Technician

Akkodis is seeking an Assembly Technician for a Contract job with a client in Londonderry, NH. The ideal candidate must have basic experience or interest in electronic or electromechanical assembly, along with the ability to follow detailed instructions and work in a structured production environment.

Rate Range: $20/hour to $21/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Assembly Technician job responsibilities include:

• Perform electronic and electro-mechanical assembly operations, including wiring, component installation, and small harness assembly.

• Follow technical documentation, blueprints, and work instructions to complete assembly tasks accurately.

• Execute hand soldering, adhesive application, and component mounting as required.

• Set up and adjust tools or equipment to meet tolerance and quality specifications.

• Use hand tools and basic automated equipment to support production activities.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to quality and safety standards.

Desired Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• 0–3 years of experience in assembly, manufacturing, or technical environments.

• Ability to read and understand basic technical instructions, drawings, and specifications.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes and procedures.

• Basic manual dexterity and ability to perform hands-on assembly work.

• Good communication skills and ability to work within a team environment.

• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced production setting.

Pay Details: $20.00 to $21.00 per hour
