Associate Brand Manager

Akkodis is seeking an Associate Brand Manager for a Contract job with a client in Pawtucket, RI. The ideal candidate must have experience in brand management, product strategy, and consumer insights, along with strong data analysis and cross‑functional collaboration skills.

Rate Range: $35/hour to $41/hour (W2); The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Associate Brand Manager job responsibilities include:

• Support the development and execution of global product strategies and line plans, from concept through launch.

• Analyze consumer insights, market trends, and competitive data to identify growth opportunities and inform product decisions.

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (product development, insights, design, engineering, finance, and legal) to drive product initiatives forward.

• Assist in shaping go‑to‑market strategies, including product positioning, storytelling, and regional alignment.

• Develop and maintain presentations, reports, and product narratives to communicate strategy and performance to stakeholders.

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Strategy, or a related field (MBA is a plus).

• 3+ years of experience in brand management, product strategy, consumer goods, or related roles.

• Experience supporting product development, line planning, forecasting, and sales collaboration.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret quantitative and qualitative data into actionable insights.

• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.

• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Interest in consumer behavior, product development, and portfolio strategy.

• Comfort using AI tools to enhance analysis, productivity, and problem-solving.

Pay Details: $35.00 to $41.00 per hour
