Associate Product Manager

Akkodis is seeking an Associate Product Manager for a Contract with a client in Minneapolis, MN. The candidate will be responsible for owning and driving the end‑to‑end roadmap of enterprise data initiatives, including cloud migrations, modernization, and AI‑enabled delivery.

Rate Range: $64/hour to $68/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Associate Product Manager Job Responsibilities include:

• Own and manage the end‑to‑end data portfolio roadmap, ensuring alignment of cloud migration, modernization, and AI initiatives with business strategy.

• Lead data development and batch orchestration teams to deliver robust, scalable ETL workflows that consistently meet defined SLAs.

• Architect and execute modernization efforts, transitioning legacy on‑premise data platforms to cloud‑native, code‑based orchestration frameworks.

• Establish operational excellence through continuous improvement, automated recovery, monitoring, and alerting to reduce batch failures.

• Oversee platform stewardship of the Oracle/SQL ecosystem, balancing system stability, upgrades, and high‑velocity development demands.

• Manage capacity planning and resource stability by leading and scaling a pool of engineers and analysts as client priorities evolve.

 

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline.

• 10+ years of experience in data engineering, data platform management, or large‑scale data transformation programs.

• Strong hands‑on and leadership experience with enterprise data platforms and tools such as SQL, Oracle, Informatica, ADF, Synapse, Databricks, Snowflake, and CDC technologies.

• Proven track record of leading medium‑to‑large technical teams while managing complex modernization, migration, and cloud transformation initiatives in a regulated enterprise environment.

Pay Details: $64.00 to $68.00 per hour
