Business Analyst

Akkodis is seeking a Business Analyst for a Contract with a client in Cleveland, OH. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing datasets, managing integrations, and supporting data-driven business decisions across systems.

Rate Range: $37/hour to $41/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Business Analyst Job Responsibilities include:

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into data and technical specifications for integration and reporting needs.

• Work with databases and datasets to extract, validate, and analyze data to support business decisions.

• Manage and monitor data integration and file transmission processes to ensure accuracy and reliability.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and improve business processes.

• Identify data issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend solutions for data quality improvements.

• Prepare documentation, reports, and insights while effectively communicating findings to stakeholders.

 

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field.

• 4–6 years of experience in data analysis, business analysis, or database/integration-related roles.

• Strong experience working with databases, datasets, and data analysis with a solid understanding of data integration and file transmission processes.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate business requirements into data-driven insights and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Pay Details: $37.00 to $41.00 per hour
