Your Role
Akkodis is seeking a Co-pilot Developer for a Contract with a client in Milpitas, CA. The ideal candidate is responsible for designing and delivering intelligent copilots and agent workflows by integrating large language models through APIs to automate business tasks and decision‑making.
Rate Range: $50/hour to $53/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Co-pilot Developer Job Responsibilities include:
Design, develop, and deploy AI copilots and intelligent agents to support business applications and workflows.
Build agent‑based workflows for task automation and decision support using prompt engineering and LLM capabilities.
Integrate Claude or similar large language models through secure, scalable API‑based architectures.
Develop, test, and debug solutions using Visual Studio and VS Code within Azure environments.
Leverage Azure services (App Services, Functions, APIs, storage) and Power Platform tools to deliver end‑to‑end solutions.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to optimize performance, usability, and reliability of GenAI‑powered applications.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
8–10 years of experience in software development with hands‑on focus on AI‑based or Copilot‑style application development.
Proven experience building AI copilots or intelligent agents, including strong prompt engineering skills and integration of LLMs such as Claude via APIs.
Strong hands‑on expertise with Azure services and Power Platform tools, along with proficiency in Visual Studio and VS Code for end‑to‑end solution development.

Pay Details: $50.00 to $53.00 per hour
