Your Role
Akkodis is seeking a Data Center Lead / Admin for a Contract job with a client in Pryor Creek, OK (6 months contract). The ideal candidate must have strong experience in administrative operations, onboarding coordination, and stakeholder management, with a preference for experience supporting data center or technical environments.
Rate Range: $24.04/hour to $28.85/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Data Center Lead / Admin job responsibilities include:
Oversee and manage end-to-end onboarding processes, including training coordination, access setup, and new hire integration.
Monitor and support employee engagement, retention, and performance metrics.
Manage administrative operations including timekeeping, reporting, staffing levels, and compliance activities.
Coordinate training programs and development initiatives for associates.
Schedule and lead weekly stakeholder meetings, providing updates on performance, quality metrics, and operational issues.
Handle attendance tracking, HR-related issues, and compliance enforcement, including escalation and resolution of concerns.
Desired Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
5–7+ years of experience in administrative or operations support roles, preferably in data center or technology environments.
Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Proficiency in Google Suite and administrative tools.
Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently.
Strong commitment to confidentiality, compliance, and data security standards.

Pay Details: $24.04 to $28.85 per hour
