Developer

Akkodis is seeking a Developer for a Contract with a client in Phoenix, AZ. The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on expertise in Temenos Journey Manager with Java/Groovy, with proven ability to build REST integrations, ensure system reliability, and support CI/CD-driven deployments.

Rate Range: $49/hour to $53/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Developer Job Responsibilities include:

• Develop and configure solutions on Temenos Journey Manager, including form orchestration, backend services, and integrations.

• Design and implement REST APIs and integration workflows with internal and external systems.

• Build and maintain Java and Groovy-based backend logic, business rules, and platform extensions.

• Ensure system reliability through logging, monitoring, error handling, and performance optimization.

• Support CI/CD pipelines, perform unit and integration testing, and manage releases across environments.

• Troubleshoot issues, analyze logs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve defects and improve onboarding journeys.

 

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 6–8 years of experience in application development, integration, or digital onboarding platforms.

• Strong hands-on experience with Temenos Journey Manager and Journey SDK, along with proficiency in Java and Groovy for backend service development.

• Proven expertise in REST API integrations, CI/CD pipelines, and troubleshooting, with experience in banking or financial services domain preferred.

Pay Details: $49.00 to $53.00 per hour
