Your Role

Akkodis is seeking a Developer for a Contract with a client in San Jose, CA. The ideal candidate will design, configure, and supports SAP Callidus solutions to enable accurate incentive compensation and sales performance management.

Rate Range: $53/hour to $60/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Developer Job Responsibilities include:

  • Configure and implement SAP Callidus Commissions and CPQ rules, plans, and workflows aligned with business requirements.

  • Manage end-to-end commission calculation processes to ensure accurate and timely sales compensation.

  • Design and support data integrations and ETL processes using Oracle PL/SQL, APIs, and external systems.

  • Develop and maintain Unix shell scripts for automation, monitoring, and troubleshooting.

  • Create and maintain reports and analytics (Crystal Reports) to track sales performance and incentive effectiveness.

  • Perform system testing (unit, SIT, UAT), optimize performance, and manage Agent Lifecycle Management (ALM).

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.

  • 8–10 years of experience working with SAP Callidus Cloud (Commissions/CPQ) and incentive compensation systems.

  • Strong technical expertise in SAP Callidus configuration, Oracle PL/SQL, SQL, and ETL/API integrations.

  • Proven functional knowledge of incentive compensation, sales performance management (SPM), and end-to-end commission processing with strong stakeholder communication skills.

Pay Details: $53.00 to $60.00 per hour
