Developer-Full Stack Senior

Akkodis is seeking a Developer-Full Stack Senior for a Contract with a client in McLean, VA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for modernizing data platforms, implementing real-time data transfer solutions, and integrating AI to enhance data processing and system performance.

Rate Range: $85/hour to $90/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Developer-Full Stack Senior Job Responsibilities include:

• Design and develop full-stack applications and modern data pipelines to support real-time data ingestion and processing.

• Build and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices to enable scalable, event-driven architecture.

• Leverage AI/ML technologies to optimize data migration, reconciliation, and system automation.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define architecture, security, and platform requirements.

• Implement and manage data streaming solutions using Kafka and related technologies.

• Ensure application performance, scalability, and reliability through monitoring, testing, and CI/CD practices.

 

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).

• 8–10 years of experience in full stack development, data engineering, and system modernization.

• Strong expertise in Java/Python, REST APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures with hands-on experience in Kafka and real-time data processing.

• Proven experience integrating AI/ML into data pipelines and working with cloud technologies (AWS, Docker, Kubernetes) to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions.

Pay Details: $85.00 to $90.00 per hour
