ELK Engineer

Akkodis is seeking an ELK Engineer for a Contract with a client in Las Vegas, NV. The ideal candidate will design and manage scalable ELK stack solutions to enable efficient log ingestion, processing, and real-time analytics while ensuring system performance and reliability.

Rate Range: $50/Hour to $53/Hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

ELK Engineer Job Responsibilities include:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable ELK stack solutions for log ingestion, processing, and real-time analytics.

• Configure and manage Logstash pipelines to parse, transform, and enrich data from multiple sources.

• Build and enhance Kibana dashboards and visualizations for monitoring, alerting, and business insights.

• Optimize Elasticsearch clusters for performance, indexing, scalability, and high availability.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data pipelines, indexing, and visualization within the ELK environment.

• Integrate ELK with external systems and implement security, monitoring, and CI/CD best practices for deployments.

 

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

• 6–8 years of hands-on experience designing and managing ELK stack solutions.

• Strong expertise in Elasticsearch, Logstash, and Kibana with experience in data ingestion, pipeline development, and dashboard creation.

• Proficiency in scripting (Shell/Unix), CI/CD practices, and integrating ELK with external systems using APIs and DevOps tools.

Pay Details: $50.00 to $53.00 per hour
