Engineering Program Manager

Akkodis is seeking an Engineering Program Manager for a Contract with a client in Sunnyvale, CA/Austin, TX. The ideal candidate will drive execution of engineering programs by managing roadmap reviews, status reporting, and cross-functional coordination in fast-paced environments.

Rate Range: $55/hour to $60/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Engineering Program Manager Job Responsibilities include:

• Drive end-to-end execution of engineering programs, including roadmap planning, status reporting, and quarterly reviews.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to manage priorities in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

• Analyze and interpret data using big data technologies (Spark, Scala) to support informed decision-making.

• Develop and track project plans, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic objectives.

• Communicate program updates, risks, and progress clearly to leadership and stakeholders.

• Ensure data-driven program execution by understanding data transformations, dependencies, and impact on analytics.

 

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

• 8–10 years of experience in program management or engineering program roles.

• Strong understanding of big data technologies such as Spark and Scala with a data-driven mindset.

• Proven ability to drive program execution, manage cross-functional teams, and handle fast-paced, ambiguous projects.

Pay Details: $55.00 to $60.00 per hour
